Sport, performance, exercise, health and wellbeing psychology support - at individual, team/group or organisational levels
Individual support for those who struggle to make exercise and physical activity a regular part of their life, and/or those who feel that their current relationship with exercise is having a negative impact on their wellbeing. Informed by key principles of sport and exercise psychology, designed to help you make positive, long lasting and sustainable change that adds to your quality of life, rather than detracts from it.

Support for those looking to develop their mindset and psychological approach to performance, in contexts including sport, dance, business, the military and emergency services, and the performing arts. This could include, but is not limited to, areas such as: fear of failure, performing under pressure, developing psychological skills, building confidence, emotional control, concentration and focus, the psychology of injury, or support through transitions (e.g. moving from youth to adult sport, changing teams/clubs, or retiring from performance sport).

Bespoke workshops for your high performing team, club, group or organisation. In sport, for players, athletes, coaches, staff and/or parents. In other performance domains, for the performers and/or anyone supporting them. Some example topics: performing under pressure, developing psychological skills, developing a team or organisational culture, creating psychological safety, transitions and retirement from performance, supporting young athletes in sport.
